No empathy and it’s extremely disappointing especially in this difficult time we are facing

I’m extremely disappointed with your service. As a bank, you should know that a lot of people lost their jobs due to COVID-19. I went on your website to check if there’s any other option that I exercise in order to pay my arrears amount or if we could come to an agreement to reduce my installment amount until I am back on my feet.

Instead I’m getting harassed by your collections company and threatening to come to my house to lift my car. I believe that I am a responsible citizen and I am aware of my responsibility to pay my installments as per our agreement. Is this how you help your customers by taking their cars and bullying them to voluntary surrender their cars and not consider that we are all faced with a difficult time. As a client or customer, I’m having sleepless nights and under a lot stress trying to think of how to pay my installments and at the same time attending interviews so I can get back on my feet so I can pay my debts.

This is disappointing and wonder if other banks are doing the thing and they can only think of repossessing cars. We will not run away from our responsibilities of paying our car loans. You have no empathy towards your customers
