No effort from FNB to \so called Private Client\""

I app**** for car finance on the 18th of January, it was submitted by a dealership. The feedback was my application was unsuccessful. I called my banker who was not available, Michelle Naicker, I spoke to Joyce Kota, and I asked why my application was unsuccessful. She said that she could not check the reasons as it was FNB's policy not to \interfere\"and I should get the details from the dealership. I asked why she could not check since Wesbank was a division of FNB, she said it was policy. I called the dealership where they explained that I should call Wesbank. I later called Wesbank where they said they had no record of my application. Why did Joyce not check? The dealership gave me the error that came up, Ref No: *** no further assessment will be considered. Why did I have to go through all that? I called standard bank since the information was inconclusive they said it was because of an outstanding amount on a car they financed. Incorrect because that account was paid in 2014, I have the paid up letter. Standard Bank are willing to re look at my application, what are the reasons for the decline. These automated answers that dont give directions are of no use!

(Supplier name changed from First National Bank to Wesbank by Hellopeter.com)
"

Hello andibooy,

Thank you for bringing your matter to our attention and affording us the opportunity to intervene.

We have been in contact with you to explain the criteria for vehicle finance and we have also looked at exploring alternate avenues however you elected not to pursue the application.

We trust you find the above in order.

Regards,
WesBank
