No customer services at Wesbank
I bought my vehicle in June 2016 after getting promotion at work and only discovered at later stage that our salaries will only be adjusted the following financial year and that lead to me struggling to make regular or consistence payments towards my account. I’m sure you have a record where I have been phoning trying to make payments arrangements and my request was rejected and instead being threaten to uplift my vehicle failure to pay all the arrears amounts. I have been receiving the abuse from one of your Tracers named Ian until I decided to go route of Debtors review which they worsen my case that lead to my account being this way behind (this was the only way I can still retain my vehicle by then).i got another visit from Wesbank tracer department who visited me at work threatening to uplift my car if i dont pay that arrears amount now or alternatively i should give him R2000 to buy me more time to raise that arrears money and he can the second month again. i brought to their CEO office but they were not willing to entertain that undesirable business practice by their tracer personnel and said they dont work for wesbank but render the service on their behalf, i totally disagree with that statement as they are all wesbank representatives despite their method of employment.i decided to walk to wesbank offices after trying to resolve this matter over the phone because the only option i had was to surrender the vehicle or settle the vehicle as per advise from personal handling my account. i was then given an opportunity to raise that over due balance of R70 000 in three weeks of which that is impossible or settle the account or sheriff will visit me soon s court order is granted. wesbank lacks customer service and their churn strategy doesn't even exist, all they care about is for customers to surrender their vehicle so that they go auction them.i wont consider doing any business with wesbank in future and i will advise my whole family members.you should add care as your business value.
