no customer service

<p>Went on the contact us website but kept kicking me out. Then called the ********** 272 and spoke to Theo DeSar and was advised that he cant assist me as i am not the client. Advised that i am not the client but would like them to call the client as she still have not received her paper work since taking out financing last year. He advised that they are not an outbound centre and the client should call. All i asked is for the client to be contacted on her details on record. He did not offer any assistance and just said that the client should call. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.</p>
