No contact from Wesbank since application

nav>> Car & WesBank seems to not want business - Waiting 3 weeks for someone to even contact me to tell me what the process is after I've already submitted all documents and been approved. Sicelo Ndlovu & Cwayita Mageda is supposed to be helping me with my application, but I don't know if they real cos I've never heard from them yet due to him being on leave.

Tried to go to a branch, everyone is working from home, but when you try and call they all busy hanging washing or in the loo. I've lost 1 car so far due to seller losing confidence and sold to someone whose bank actually wants business.

About to lose a 2nd one, and now it's weekend. Super disappointed, on the brink of going elsewhere
