NEGLECTED TO UPDATE CREDIT PROFILE
I settled my account with WesBank more than 2 years ago, they sent me my cars papers and everything. A settlement letter with everything I needed to prove I paid off the car with them. They still have not removed their company off of my credit record after I asked them to do so... I have app**** for things and ibhave been declined numerous time because of WesBank!
I give you until the end of May 2024 to rectify this issue before I take you to the ombudsman! You guy are negatively impacting my quality of life!
Please try me! You guys stole from many infividual and you had to pay back the money! I would have had my car paid off ages ago if you guys hadn't added extra/******* fees/amounts onto the account!!!
I have tried Calling Maria, Tina, Percy, Clara, Tupmelo, Duduzile ad well as Linda. Linda answered promised to call me back in 15 minutes and I have been waiting for over 36 hours!
