Near overtly stupid responses from Customer Care

Wesbank has made a change to their KYC rules requiring even a proof of residence to be stamped by a comissionor of oaths, something not even required when I created my account with them. I have not been able to locate a commissionor of oaths willing to stamp my proof of residence as its a printout of a digitally emailed proof of residence. The alternate with banks is to have a person dispatched to your residence to do onsite verification of address. I have sent such an email to Wesbank to request assistance twice, clearly stating that I recieve no phsyical post in this great technology era and a comissionor of oaths is refusing to stamp my POR and I therfore need their help to change my address details, to which they keep responding with the same generic email listing what documents are required to change an address. To which I keep going in the same stupid circles explaining in basic english what I need only getting a generic response over and over. Why is Wesbank unable to assist a customer, who has always been good on his debt, made every payment, and just wants his address changed to where he has been living for the past 2 and a half years? FACTS: I recieve no physical post, THe commissionor of oaths I have requested to stamp the printed documents have REFUSED because they are not copied from a posted document they can review. So Wesbank, will you try and provide customer service to a person who has been trying to update his details for over a year? Or is all you want from us that debit order at the end of the month?

I got my address changed by trading in the vehicle for a new one, during this provided the same Proof of residence they were rejecting, but they accepted it.
So you win for inconsistency Wesbank, Well done.
