NCT/***(2)(b) NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION v ACS PRE OWNED (PTY) LTD
They finance a car that was in an accident with banker that must have been aware but decided to let loose and buy a defective vehicle. It was Ihandi that facilitated the deal at Acs Pre Owned in Benoni.
Wesbank promised to assist but never came to assist even once and are taking R10400 pm from my account for grounded vehicle. They have the judgement but they still deduct from my accounts.

27 Oct 2023, 13:51The bank must intervene and get its partner in business, Acs Pre Owned, to comply with judgment. Paying R10400 pm on a grounded vehicle is very stressful. That is all assistance I need.
