NCO Paperwork delay
Reference number is: OREG2101/01059. Please could you give me urgent feedback regarding this matter. Was on hold for 18 minutes trying to get some assistance but eventually hung up frustrated.
This matter has been going on for far too long now. Paid the required money for the NCO and sent the POP through on the 8th January (see attached). Has now been 7-working days. When can I expect the paperwork?
