Nature of collections

Good day, My complaint is about tactics used with regards to arrears accounts. I get threatening phone calls from *** at 08:59am today 2015/03/10 he was attacking form the start and I missed his name, he stated that I need to pay R20 000 or a \buddy"of his will deliver an affidavit or something like that. When my wife phoned me shortly afterwards she said he was snooping around on our property and he just uttered I saw what I wanted to see rudely when she confronted him. Please Wesbank just phone me and arrange collection of the vehicle rather than these fearful tactics. I paid R6800 Nov"
