Natis papers! Missing in action
<p>I paid my car off in August/September last year and was smsed by Wesbank to contact them to arrange delivery of my Natis papers. After many calls that stayed on hold for more than 5 minutes, I eventually got hold of the consultant (Natalie) and informed her of all my details and was told the papers would be sent. After a couple of weeks I called again and was given a tracking number, as they were sending to the nearest post office.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is where the fun starts. The post office failed to deliver the reminder to collect the parcel, so it was returned to the Fairview post office, who duly informed me that it was sent back to Wesbank by their messenger.</p> <p> </p> <p>After speaking to Wesbank to try and sort this out and get my documents, I was told I had to contact the Post Office and get the copy of the signed POD of Wesbanks messenger collecting the document, or else I could have them reprinted and I would have to collect for R395!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is outrageous and just want my documents of my car that I took so long to pay off!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
