NATIS document problems
After 6 months, Wesbank can't provide me a copy of my NATIS document. Wesbank keep on asking the seller of the vehicle for the Document but it is with the previous financing house. Emails are ignored and phoning them gets you to a voice message. The service in general is bad and I had to follow up numerous times on everything. This matter is the same. I am just at a dead end now and can't find anyone to speak to to get this resolved. @ Wesbank, don;t tell me you are sorry to hear this etc. I am not interested in your excuses or explanations. Just get it resolved.
