Natis Document

I requested a copy of my natis documents yesterday and was informed by the Call Centre agent Julian that I should get on the same day.

I have committed to a deal and urgently require a copy of the natis document. If I do not provide the copy by 9:00 I will be loosing the deal. I informed the dealer that they would have it this based on my conversation with Julian yesterday.

If my natis documents are not on the Wesbank system available online immediately its not my problem if the process wasn't followed and now a copy from the Natis department needs to requested. I need this copy by 9:00 this morning.
