NATIS Document

I am urgently looking for my original registration documents (NATIS). On 10 January I send an email requesting the documents. No response to my email. On 17 January I phoned customer service. Was told to pay R350 to do transfer to my name. Then send proof of payment with address and two contact numbers. I did that on the same day. No response to that email. The next day I received a response to my first email send on the 10th of January. Stating the same. R350 etc. So I responded to that email also. Send proof of payment ,address and two contact numbers. No replay to that email. On 24 January I send another mail asking if my previous emails have been received and to inquiry if the documents have been sent yet. 26 January R. Percy phoned stating he will personally attend to the mater. I sent him an email with proof of payment, address and two contacts numbers. 28 January I sent another to R. Percy asking of he received my mail with proof of payment. No response. I have sold my car. The 4th of February I am losing the sale because WesBank is not able to respond to emails and/or send my NATIS documents. From Monday I am going to flood WesBank with emails requesting my registration documents. I will start with 20 emails per day. Hopefully one of these emails will get through to someone who are able to assist me.
