My Wes bank account for a Chevroolet Captiva, and the Debt Collectors and Me

Wes bank is a best bank when coming to Asserts Finance in the country at the Moment. But there is a serious challenge about people employed by the bank, and some of its contract workers, such as their external debt collectors.

I have bought a Chevrolet Captiva 2014 Model. and Lost my Job. struggle to make payments with the bank, pleading with the bank to review my monthly installment so that I can service my account until I get a job and make proper payments., I have send request through emails promises were made that the matter will be considered. up to a point where my car was repossessed. I let my car go with an understanding that what owed will be covered by the resale of my car. but to my surprise, a month after my car was sold I get calls from one debt collector on behalf of Wes bank that I still owe what I was told I am owing before my car was taken from me. this company has become beyond my constitutional rights saying I must pay that 200 000+ I believe that if I really owes that much then my car should be retained to me because they failed to sell it and it would have been better if I sold it and pay them what was due. and this guys they don't want to get off my back they are stucked just like bed bugs on my back. This call centers I think they should have work in centers for their clients to be able to interact with them personally. faller of which they must stop behaving as if they bought the phone they are phoning us from and also charging people R25 for answering their calls.
