My stuff is missing

I surrendered my car to Ndumiso and his collegue in August at the mall.My things were in the book and I was in state.He then asked what I should write was in the car I then told him he can write anything I don't know what they normall write.My textbooks,chemistry modelling kit,blue sunshade and some papers were in the boot.I then spoke to Mrs Reddy over the phone few weeks later asking how I can colect my things she then said I will have to call her in themorning when I'm coming so she can notify the gentleman in the storeoom.After several calls to JOyce Reddy,your johannesburg and durban callcentres I wasn't able to get help that I needed.YOu can listen to all the calls,I was treated like a fool when I went to BUrchmore and it was as if I'm crazy as there was nothing that was written on the inspection form and Ndumiso hadn't written anything on his form.When they called him and asked what happened to my stuff he kept reiterating that he didn't write anything because I told him I will collect the car.I couldn't collect the car due to certain circumstances but what happened to my things???WHo is acountable I have written emails to you guys but no one responds
