My profile not updated with ITC bureaus
I was on debt review from 2010 until I voluntarily withdrew in 2014. On the 1st August 2014, my debt counsellor sent a 17.4 Withdrawal form and I payed every cent that was due as I wanted to resume normal banking. It's been almost 10 months now where all records show I don't owe them any cent for my Wesbank account but Fnb never bothered to update my profile with the ITC bureaus. According to ITC, I still owe them money for an account that is closed. I called again today 01/06/2015 at 10:40am and was confronted by a voice mail to leave my details to be called. Nobody has responded. It was followed by an email and still no reply. I'm held to ransom by FNB as I won't get credit should I wish in the future because of their RED TAPE that doesn't help customers. The irony of their catch phrase\ How can we help you". Why does it take 10 months to resolve and update my profile? Is that fair on me? I don't owe you! Send instruction to all ITC bureaus update my profile. I recently opened a cheque account with Fnb and I regret the move for such shocking service. If this is not resolved in this week"
