My illiterate bank, broken english.

On Friday 10/03/2017 I received a sms which stated : " your account is in arrears , make payment immediately ."

Who sent this rude sms I wonder ? Its not addressed to anybody nor is it a proffessional request.

I wonder who would sent such a bad thing to their customer.

Later, I get another sms and guess who the culprit is??? ITS WESBANK.

" Make payment of R797 . THIS AFFECT YOUR CREDIT PROFILE."

WESBANK, PLEASE CLARIFY YOUR BROKEN ENGLISH.

Please answer the following,

1: Do you regard me as a valued customer or a child?

2: Is my credit profile affected or are you using scare tacticts to manipulate me?

3: Is this addressed to me because I see no name?

4: Do you want to get rid of me?

I had lots of dealings with many businesses and never in my life did any company insult me like you did. The amount on my account is piddly and I think that it is time to part ways with you.

Wesbank, you are disgracefull and I have lost my respect for you. In future you will be treated with the same disdain.

Please remove me from ALL your, and your partners marketing lists . Do not send me marketing at all. Failure to comply will result in negative rating!

Yup, no response !
I guess that they couldn't read this review or that Wesbank is just not up to the task of responding in proper english.
What a joke. One day you will beg for business and I will surely give you a literacy test first to see if you qualify.
