My first time going through Wesbank and Title guard

<p>four weeks ago I contact wesbank privite to privite finace to finace a car i really wanted and i was told to use the app on line to see if i get approved.so I went through all the steps online.i was approved in 20min.the following day a gentle men (Keena) call me from Wesbank to go through the whole application,I had been approved for R129 500 and with no deposit installment with 17% intrest, he add all the thing that i may need like life cover and insureces etc'.that afternoon a lady from Title guard (Angelique Retief)phone me and gave me the great news I am getting the finace for the car,she is going to sort out the seller for him to get all of his docments.she sent me all the docments I had to read and sign, I read and sign them and sent them back.Then the seller was ask to C.O.R and take it for a Bosch Service Certificte.The car pass both test it cost the seller and me R1600-00.I call Title Guard a number of time to get back to me and she never did.And then She forgot to send some docments to the seller to read and sign.Two weeks later I got a email from her saying please send paper of insurcene to me to complent the deal,I got insurenes done the same day.the insurenes call me and told me the car is insured from the 4/08/2016. I then recieved a email from Title guard (Angelique Retief) its going to wesbank to see if everything is in order.Wesbank phone three days later in the morning and told me that they can only now give me R123 900 and I have to make plans with the seller and give him the balance of R5600-00 cash or in the seller account.1 hour later a Lady from WESbank phone me and told me that the lady from Title guard In the morning change something on the document,and now I need a R50 000 deposit for the car.I told her that everything with on track from word go no problems,the seller and me recieved all documents and we sign them all and sent them all back with the correct informtion.what went wrong.no informtion was changed from the begining all informtion was correct.and I told her the phone call I waiting for IS TO GO PICK UP MY CAR.The lady from Wesbank said that will only be if i get a 50 000 rand deposit.then I spoke to the manager (Sean) And he told me well there is nothing we can do.i told him.I have been approved for 129 500 rand from wesbank in the begining of this deal,I have life cover on this car and insurences on this car,and i still do not have It.Sean then told my that the lady at Title guard change the m&m number in the morning now, I can not get the car I have to put down 50 000 deposit.So after the phone call with shaun i call FNB for a Load the could only give me 30 000 rand I did not take in then i phone direct axis, and they could not help me.I called wesbank again to tell them i can not get other finance.I ask the lady at Wesbank why ofter all this running around.Now i got to pay a deposit.she told me cause the value of the car now is only value at 82 000 rand.i told the lady from Wesbank I have insurcene and life cover on the car and it is not mine i spent all this money and the seller had to drive around getting all the test done, and printing and sending all the docment back and forth.now they tell diffient storys and they can not help me.and once again I have to wait 3 to 6 month to get my ITC up to applie again for Vehicle finance.My dream is shatted</p>
