Motorite warrenty plan money not paid back by wesb

Bought a vehicle in October 2014, took out a motorite plan for R8000.00, due to the service not done in time because WB did not send documents in time they refused to activate the warrenty and sent me a letter to say the warrenty will only take effect end of January 2015, I have the proof, the vehicle was then written off in December 2014. Wesbank then proceeded to only pay back R1300.00 for the warrenty plan that was never effective, this is blatant *****ing from me the client without any paperwork they just paid the money into my account. I had to phone to find out what the money ws for. If they do not pay me out in full I will take them on through small claims court.
