Motorbike private finance

Struggling for almost two weeks now to finish a motorbike finance application. Everything has been approved, registration certificate, Dekra approval and everything has been done but still they find problems with a valid registration certificate. Im very unhappy with the bad service. The person who is in charge of my application is very slow with following up ons emails and I have to keep phoning Wesbank in order to let the application proceed. Very disappointed. Will definitely look at other options
