Motor Vehicle Registration Documents

In November last year I requested motor vehicle registration documents from Wesbank. I was advised to send certain documentation. After sending the documents I was requested to pay a fee. This was done in December, 2015. Since then my driver has been twice to collect the documents without success. After several emails and telephone calls I was told that the registration papers were ready for collection. I comp**** with the request to send a signed letter with my driver, giving him authorisation to collect the papers, together with a copy of my ID. My driver was told he could not have the registration papers but they would be couriered to me. (This is the second time I have been told that the papers will be couriered). I wait with bated breath to see if my papers arrive tomorrow. Gross incompetence seems to be the order of the day for Wesbank.
