Most unprofessional service

I recently bought a car and did the finance through Wesbank. It started out well when I app**** online and within a couple of days everything was well on track. The car went through its test and that was when everything fell appart. Wesbank uses Title Gaurd to handle the facilitation of the deal and you pay a compulsory fee of almost R 5000. This was middle September. I am here today 21 December, still with a car that is not registered and the only reason why the original owner got his money was because he also had to irritate them to the point they had to give in. I have been so patient until now but it is ridiculous as I don't think that Title Guard and Wesbank ever talked to each other regarding this deal and there seems to be very little communication between them.

The other frustrating thing is they take forever to get back to you wich they never do, unless you call them and wait on a line for 10min each time as you never get a direct line to the person who is handling your finance. I found myself leaving 3-4 messages that the person should call me back and they never do unless they pick up and I say they must call me back.

I am a very patient customer but it is unheard of that a private finance deal takes almost 3 months to conclude and get the car registered.
