Most shocking service I have ever experienced

A settlement amount was sent to dealership for a vehicle I was trading in on a another vehicle. The settlement has been paid by the dealership but there is now still an outstanding balance on my account. I have sent emails asking for an explanation from them but to no avail they read the emails and that's all no response from them. Now they have taken a payment for the vehicle I no longer own. I find their lack of response typical of South African big business, stuff the small man we don't need him, just make sure we take what we can from him and kick to the side when we are finished. I told you I would be approaching social media, this is the start of it. Let's see if you even bother to respond to this. I think I will also be moving my business account and private account to bank that offers customer service.
