More poor service

To whom it may concern,

Once again, after dealing with Wesbank I am left in the lurch. I was called very quickly by a PR person who was very helpful and referred me to a new consultant who informed me of the paperwork I required in order to change my finance over to Wesbank. I diligently set to the task and collected all the documents as well as organising a condition report at my expense in a hurry and sent these documents on to the new consultant. This was on Friday last week...I heard no answer from her. I phoned this morning and was told apparently she is on leave. I was then told a manager would contact me soon to continue the application as they have access to her emails in her absence. Nobody contacted me so I called again this afternoon. I was then referred to the initial person i complained about last time and forwarded all the documentation onto her again! This, with no answer. It is now after working hours and I am waiting again.....

This is highly unacceptable. You would think that they would be keen to get my business...

Please contact me urgently and attend to this problem ASAP. I am highly unimpressed with your service and am doing my best to remain polite.
