Money taken off my ACC for insurance
Money has been taken off my acc for insurance as they are too *********** to know I have insurance and proof of insurance was sent to them in 2013 ,it is now 2015,seriously.They now say it will take a month to refund me my money.Very quick to take it off but slow to pay it back.Disgusting and completely ***********.
