Money deducted after settlement letter was deliver
I was in a car accident 1 June 2015, my car was written off a week later. The settlement letter was sent to the bank. The debit order for the car still went of the next month. I phoned the bank and they promised me that the money will be paid back into my account in the next four days. It has been at least 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my money. Yesterday I phoned again, I was asked to hold on. After thirty minutes of waiting I hung up. I have experienced very bad service and want my money as soon as possible.
