My Uncle, who is a war zone in Iraq, is buying my vehicle from me, Andile Mavi is doing the deal, but the feedback (IF ANY) we get from him is pathetic and he does not give us the correct info needed.

He knows my uncle sits in a war zone, and his wife stays in Rustenburg, therefore Wesbank requested a power of attorney letter in order for my aunt to do the deal and sign everything on behalf of my uncle, my uncle is unreachable and can not access the SA Embassy in Iraq, because he is in the middle of a war. Can Wesbank please have some humanity and think for themselves?

We paid a deposit of R60 000 on the purchase of the vehicle, I myself signed the invoice and everything as well. The vehicle is kept in the Wesbank Storage facility in Rustenburg. The deal is approved and everything. and NOW, WHEN WE WANT TO GO AND COLLECT THE VEHICLE he comes back to us and tell us my uncle must go to the embassy.

WHAT WAS THE POWER OF ATTRONEY FOR THEN???

Andile Mavi is costing me a bucket full of money (bacause the vehicle is in storage and occurring further costs) and I WILL hold him, or wesbank accountable for all costs occurring to the delay of the process.

RELEASE MY VEHICLE?
