Mistakenly Declared deceased

Wesbank declared me as deceased they even sent their agent at my house to ask for my death certificate, they stopped debiting my account to top it all then they start to harass me with calls yet according to them I’m deceased I called their office to rectify this and also to ask them to extend my contract with one month since they are the ones at fault they refused yet they are the ones who made a mistake they didn’t even apologise they don’t even want to take responsibility for this mistake they did not even respond to my emails I’m now left with paying the debit oder wich was stoped by them and with interest and this affected my credit score
