Missing a sale cause registration papers not sent

I paid my vehicle in full, and on Saturday called the head office to ask for the registration papers. I was assured I would have them by today(Wednesday). Called this afternoon only to hear that the papers are still there. Their excuse, the courier haven't picked it up yet. I am in the process of selling the vehicle and have already los a sale due to the people dragging their feet in doing their job. Wesbank is quick to phone me when they want money, but when they need to do their job, they have lots of time.<br> <br> This is certainly not on and I will not finance anything again through them.
