Miss one payment in 9 years and employer gets called !!!!!!!!!!!! - DISGUSTED

At the end of February 2019 Wesbank deducted a payment off my account that was unsuccessful as I was waiting for funds to be transferred that was late. Please note that this is my 3rd car with Wesbank in 9 years and in 9 years i have NEVER missed a payment so this was a first for me. Payment missed was R1960. What I don't understand is Wesbank constantly contacting me after arrangements were made by my wife and this after I spoke to a Wesbank consultant indicating that my wife handles all payments, accounts etc so he can speak to her. Now, I am sitting at work and all of a sudden Wesbank contacts my employer asking if I am still employed!! HOW THE F!@% IS THIS RIGHT!!!!?????????? WHO GIVES WESBANK THE RIGHT TO CONTACT MY EMPLOYER BECAUSE OF 1 SINGLE PAYMENT MISSED WHERE AS ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE THAT PAYMENT WAS GOING TO BE LATE!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS CALL HAS GOTTEN ME CALLED IN AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I AM DEFINITELY TAKING THIS TO THE NEXT LEVEL AS WESBANK IS NOT ALLOWED TO CONTACT MY EMPLOYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now for 1 payment I am harassed but I have NEVER in 9 years skipped a payment! This is ridiculous, unacceptable! Worst part is I have 6 payments left then this vehicle loan is paid up! REMOVE my work number as you have NO right to contact my employer!!!!!
