Misrepresentation of timeline regarding NATIS documents and Rotten service by Wesbank

I have requested my NATIS documents from Wesbank for my two vehicles. Wesbank Customer Services rep**** via email stating that it would take 7-10 working days. To date, nothing has been received. I lodged a complaint requesting the Ombudsman's details but Wesbank Customer Services ignores that request. When I have phoned, I wait for a "so called" services consultant for about 20 minutes only to be told that they cannot really assist. In my email correspondence, I have asked for the customer service consultant's name who is dealing with my matter but alas, this has been ignored as well. Their email signature simply reads, Wesbank Customer Services. One does not know what robot one is corresponding with. I believe that the service of Wesbank Customer Services is unprofessional and that their service consultants arrogantly choose which questions to reply to in their emails. All this appalling treatment of a customer is blamed on COVID-19. This COVID-19 virus is health related and has nothing to do with basic email etiquette, business writing skills, communication skills and basic customer service which Wesbank Customer Services sorely lacks. The most recent email received today simply states that there is a delay, using the infamous COVID-19 excuse and stating that this is causing limited staff numbers) but they have not stated which century they will provide me with my NATIS documents. I am rather confused though as they are working remotely, so how does this result in limited staff numbers? I am disgusted at this lack of service. My vehicles are settled, I have paid for the NATIS documents to be delivered to me and yet Wesbank is holding me ransom by not providing my paperwork. Please can Wesbank provide my documents immediately as it is way overdue. Surely it is a very simple exercise, uplift the documents from their office, put it into an envelope (if they have one), hand over to the courier (as I have already paid for this delivery service) and then the courier delivers. What is so difficult? I am also aware that a tracking number is supposed to be provided to me but to date, I have not received this number from the so called Wesbank "customer services".
