Lost vehicle due to wesbank and no feedback given

Ms Dos Santos gave me a call in 2014 early that year to ask me to bring the vehicle back which I was happy to she asked me where it was and I said my cousins took it to go get fixed since it wasn't mobile how ever she can come arrange to get it fetched she asked me for the address of where it was I told her to call me back in a few minutes so I can confirm the address with my cousins, she then said to me I should give her my cousin number so that she can deal with him directly I quote \ I'll give him a call to arrange for the vehicle pick up if I have any issues or I can't contact him I will contact you in the meantime I will send you a termination letter please print, scan and sign it then send it back.\" I then had faith in that she would contact him as she made a promise and assured me that she would also contact me if other wise ..two years later after no follow up call or any feedback from Wesbank after my cousin confirmed the vehicle was picked up I get a knock on the door from someone saying that he came to pick up a Peugeot.. anyway I've been trying to get a manager to call me but the two consultants Elizabeth and Dos Santos refuse and I still haven't been contacted."
