Logbook not received yet

<p>On the 9th of May I requested the logbook of the vehicel I bought through Wesbank for it is aid off.</p> <p>The 11th they sent me an email to say they will send it and how, I failed to read the options but on the 26th of May I did respond.</p> <p>The response I got back on the 31st of May was that they where looking for my physical address. Bare in mind they did get my ID number and Cellphone number. Not once was called or even looked on the system to see where I live. That has not changed.</p> <p>The response took a while.</p> <p>Then I asked them why and did they seewhen I sent the mail.</p> <p>Now on the 3rd they have got the audacity to tell me my mail would only get a response within 24 to 48 hours?????</p> <p>But low and behold if you do not make a ayment on time which I have never done</p>
