Log Book and Settlement Letter from Wesbank not Delivered as per our agreement and currently still waiting for the documents

I have sent Wesbank two emails without any respond regarding my car log book and settlement letter. According to their consultant,it was suppose to take 7 working days to get the documents but to date none of the requested documents have been delivered. I've send them email on the 21 November and again on the 04 December without any respond whatsoever. They don't even bother to update me on the developments regarding the requested documents. My experience with Wesbank has been very traumatizing as they forced me to pay the whole (not the amount in arrears) amount since I have defaulted on my contract. I tried to convince them that I'm willing to pay the outstanding amount in arrears but were not willing to entertain my proposal. Since I knew that I was the one who was wrong I sourced the whole R150 000 and payed Wesbank and they said I will get my documentation in 7 working days ( that was on the 30th October 2017). When time went by I tried to send an email on the 21 November 2017 requesting the settlement letter with no respond and tried again on 04th December 2017 again with no response. They are withholding vehicle documents of the car that doesn't belong to them anymore as the contract between myself and them was terminated and I payed the whole outstanding amount as per their demand.
