Loading my account becuase of INSURANCE
I received a mail in the post on the 19th Dec stating that they were going to load my debt because I haven't proven to them that I have insurance. <br> <br> On further investigation, I have found that they already loaded my account with this additional premium even though I had just received the notification. <br> <br> I subsequent sent them proof of Insurance which was from 2007 when I initially took ownership of the car. I sent this notification on the 09/01/2015. <br> <br> I am still paying this Additional Premium on my account and I also have not been credited for the Additional Premium even when I had Insurance. <br> <br> I have even gotten confirmation that this issue has been resolved in Jan however this is continuing to happen. <br> <br> Please Advise how this will be dealt with.. <br> <br> This is so disappointing.. <br>
