We struggling since June to obtain a enatis on a fully paid up bike
This is UNACCEPTABLE
YOU FORWARDED IT TO A LOCKER BUT IT WAS RETURNED SAME DAY
WE PAID FOR A DUPLICATE WHICH I FEEL IS UNFAIR BUT ...SINCE THEN WE STRUGGLE TO GET THE FORM
