Listed me on ITC for a reposession but cannot deliver paperwork.

<p>About 7 years ago my vehicle was ****** and the insurance did not pay for the debt. Wesbank than listed me with Transunion that they reposessed the vehicle. A year ago I enquired about this to send me proof of the vehicle being reposessed and also proof the the vehicle was sold on auction. To date they cannot deliver these proofs but they can list you falsly. I lost a vew jobinterviews due to this inccorect chain of events and I am now seeking legal help to sue for damaging my name. Please advise as a matter of urgency what Wesbank is going to do about this?</p>
