Life changing incompetence !!!

I have been a client of WesBank for many years and have never missed a payment on either op my two vehicle accounts. During April this year I app**** for, and was granted, Covid 19 relief on both accounts. This was a necessary measure as my wife lost her salary for that month and we were selling our house as part of a plan top relocate. The staff at WesBank botched everything from start to finish on the one account: 1. The relief was granted for three months - funds were deducted after just one month's relief. 2. We queried this and were offered a refund. 3. A note was placed on the credit bureau indicating that the account was in arrears. All this time I had spent a great amount of time and money explaining to agents that they had made an error. I then lodged a complaint and received a reference number and a promise that it would be resolved. Never happened. I am in the process of applying for a home loan for which I had received a pre-approval of a 100% bond. Due to the WesBank note on the bureau this has changed unless I can get a letter from WesBank indicating the account is not in arrears - this is not happening and I stand to lose this offer due to incompetence that seems to prevail in WesBank. Whats even more frustrating is that it takes forever to get through to WesBanks collections department and when I do the agent who answers the call is in a hurry to pass the call to someone else!! I always thought WesBank was a professional outfit. But which professional lender would make an error with information placed on the bureau and then drag its feet in resolving that error? Reminds me of the way loan sharks and fly-by-night operators. Really disgusting. Not worth even the 1 star we are forced to rate
