Lies, lies, lies

My car is financed by Wesbank and have provided them with my insurance documents. I keep getting sms's saying that they've trying to get hold of me even though that has never happened. When responding back to their number, I wait on a call for an hour listening to their music. Now they are loading an insurance to my profile. I am upset and hoping to refinance my vehicle via another financer. This is just plain unacceptable.
