My account is in arrears and was approached by your field agent Given Morena who told me that he was instructed by the bank to come collect the AND THAT IF I MAKE FULL PAYMENT OF THE ARREAR AMOUNT WITHIN 15 DAYS THE CAR WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO ME...

NEVER did he mention to me that legal proceedings have already taken place and that straight after my payment I should forward proof of payment to him and he will then tell us where to collect the car.

I made payment this morning after the car was "taken for storage" yesterday afternoon. I call Given Morena to find out where to collect the car from and he tells me that I need to make arrangements with Patrick Mbengwa and when I finally do get hold of Patrick he tells that legal proceeding is already in process and that for the car to be released I need to make payment of the legal process first and only then can I get arragements as to when the car can be given back to me!!!

I MEAN WHAT LEVEL OF ****** IS THIS??? WHY WAS I NEVER TOLD BEFORE THE CAR COULD BE TAKEN AND WHY IS LEGAL PROCEEDINGS GOING FOWARD BEFORE 15 DAYS IS DONE??

YOU GUYS ARE ****** ****** AND IM SURE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE... THERE IS NO WAY THAT I AM PAYING FOR LEGAL PROCESSES THAT WERE MADE BEFORE THE 15 DAYS WAS OVER!!!! EVEN THE EMAIL PATRICK SENT SAID 15 DAYS!!!!
