Letter Request
I have NEVER received such shocking service before, I am really disappointment in the level of service I'm receiving plus the way consultants speak with clients, some go as far as hanging up the phone when I was speaking to them as politely as I can considering that I have been on the phone for the past 2days looking for a simple letter. I am highly disappointed by the level of service.
