Lacklustre service

<p>Good afternoon! I app**** for finance three weeks ago for an Audi A1 2013 model and was approved immediately. I received the paperwork notification on the 29 June 2017 (acc number ********** 1971) and mr Viresh Ramballey, the seller of the vehicle was contacted by the Wesbank agent, mr Cameron Clarke. Mr Clarke requested a COR as well as a technical inspection of the vehicle. Mr Ramballey provided the COR and the manufacturer’s warranty from Audi Hatfield which only expires in September 2018. Nevertheless mr Clarke insists on a technical report which has to be done independently for this vehicle as well as a bank guaranteed cheque from the seller, ms Varsha Ramballey, mr Viresh Ramballey’s sister who is out of the country before releasing the finance. Ms Ramballey has signed a proxy for mr Ramballey to act on her behalf while she is overseas.</p> <p>I, as the buyer has not had any contact since last week with mr Clarke and has not been informed or assisted in this process and I am about to lose the opportunity to purchase this vehicle as a result.</p> <p>Is there anybody at Wesbank who can please assist me with this purchase?</p>
