Lack of Service
I had an accident on 30 November 2014 my vehicle was written off. Since then I have been trying to get Wesbank to pay the Top Up. I have been to the Fairlands offices on 5 Jan where the service was terrible and I spend 3 hours trying to get answers and was told they'd get back to me. On 20 Jan I wrote a mail to the service website & was given an automated response on 22 Jan that the bank will be in contact with me within 48 working hours. Up to now I am still waiting and not getting any joy.

Please assist urgently as I dont believe it takes more than 2 months to settle an account.
