Lack of response from service dept RE Natis docume
Email sent on 14/10/2015

After the settlement of my account with Wesbank i had requested my Natis documents over the phone and via email. In the conversation over the phone which the lady had requested my document on her system to be sent to me, i had asked her if i can transfer ownership of this vehicle directly to the new buyer. She said that i can and that it does not have to be transferred in to my name first.

After filling in the details of the new owner and taking it to the registration office we were made aware that this is not allowed. I have spoken to another lady at Wesbank and was told to pay R450 for new documents.

I am not willing to pay for the new documents as this was not my fault, but the fault of Wesbank telling me that the above mentioned procedure will suffice. I believe that the telephonic conversations between Wesbank and client's are recorded and you can gladly check your system for the recorded conversation on the above mentioned matter.

Resent on 23/10/2015 after no feedback.

Reply on 26/10/2015

Kindly note that we have listened to the call recording and the agent did advise that the change of owner ship needs to be done a the Licensing department.
