Lack of response
Still waiting for a response on an enquiry sent on 28 Jan 22. I sent an email as telephonic contact details aren't readily avaiable and I did not want to end up being transferred from pillar to post.
"I was looking online to see about getting new tyres fitted to my vehicle as part of my vehicle finance. Can't seem to find info as it takes me to the finance profile and not the WesBank Shop.
Could you kindly advise if I qualify for this option and if so, how do I go about it? Is there a number I can call?"

07 Feb 2022, 18:04So, on Friday I finally got a call from Wesbank (as identified by truecaller) but the caller did not speak when I answered and did not bother calling again. Then, on Saturday I got this apalling generic response....which still has not offered me a resolution whatsoever!!!
I have mentioned in my very first correspondence that I am able to access wshop. The response just proofs that my email was not read or not understood at all which is extremely annoying...
"Yours in service..." What a joke?!? What service?!?
So, once again....when I log into my Wesbank profile, there is NO option for me to select wshop. Why am I being discriminated against if this is available to WesBank vehicle financing clients?!?
The email received:
Good day Sir/Madam,

The email received:
Good day Sir/Madam,
We thank you for your email.
Kindly note we offer a option to add tyres to your finance. In order for us to confirm that you qualify, please follows the steps below:
1. Log on to your WesBank online profile
2. Click on the Wshop icon
3. Select the vehicle at the top and select the item required.
The system will advise you what amount you qualify for.
If you are unable to select an item, it means that you do not qualify for that item.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for entrusting WesBank with your finances.
Yours in service,
Customer Service Centre
