Lack of Feedback and empty promises
Despite numerous attempts to get hold of you and to follow up on my finance applicatiom, it has been a week of empty promises. I have sent various emails, have called in many times but still no response. It will be two weeks this Friday and I still haven't had any constructive feedback. Why?!
