Judgement for the car finance

I tried several times to make an arrangement to pay for the outstanding balance while i am not working,On 2017 February to April i have regularly sending the forms to allow your debt collection agents ("Carol Avontuur" ********** "Camellia Nair" ********** ********** ) but they never responded to my email nor debit any amount from my bank account and i have those email as prove .Then on May 2017 the same collection agency decided to have a default judgement against me and that it will affect me to get employment . Please sort this issue out , you collection agency are very bad at all . The case was also reported to ombudsmen for ******* repossession.
