Is Wesbank hiding something?

I contacted Wesbank regarding my account and any outstanding amounts. They referred me to Mohau Mabote from Colserve. He/she sent me an email stating that there is an amount outstanding. I asked for a detailed statement of my account 4 times!!!! Mohau Mabote is neither responding to my emails nor answering my calls. I even cc’d Wesbank Financial services. Needless to say, no response from them either!! I read a review of another person having the same issue. Something fishy is going on and I will definitely investigate this further and get the necessary help to do so. I will never use Wesbank for any finance again!
