Invasion of Privacy

I'd like to formally lay a compliant on one of the wesbank agents Lelo Mdingi who called me during a meeting and I could not take the call, then decided it was fit for her to divulge my personal financial details to My mother who is not assisting me with payments. I am already stressed as it is. Now I have to explain my finances that I have made arrangements for to my mother. this is very unprofessional and frustrating. Please advise your service consultants of the POPPI ACT . I will be suing wesbank for the invasion of privacy without my consent.
